DVD Duplication / Color Printing

All duplication jobs must be accompanied by a completed, signed Duplication Rights form.  Click here to review.

Short runs up to 500 pieces from any DVD master up to 4.7GB.  Plain DVDs are duplicated on silver DVD-Rs.  All others are printed directly onto the DVD face using silver or white, printable surface discs (no adhesive labels). 

Want to save money and duplicate your own discs?  Let us print blank CDs or DVDs using your own custom graphics.  Small runs (less than 500 pieces) are printed using inkjet printer.  Larger runs are silk-screened. Learn about custom printed CD and DVD blank media.

For pricing, no distinction is made for amount of data recorded on DVD.  All prices include  blank disc, duplication and optional printing only.  Delivered bulk unless specified otherwise.  Select your optional packaging choice from schedule below.

• Turnaround Times: are estimates only.  The day materials arrive and payment received is considered Day zero (0).  Approval of proofs must be returned promptly to maintain schedule.
•  Normal turnaround 48-72 hours; 4 to 5 days for 300 pieces.
• 24-Hour Turn:  Add $100.00.  Availability must be confirmed.

Create simple text layout on CD face: $15.00 
Photo or Logo Scan (each) Add: $10.00
Special customer supplied font:  $5.00
File transfer from customer's graphic disc made to our spec:  $15.00
Graphic Art creation or adjustment of your art to our spec (per hour): $35.00

Note: Fax number and e-mail address required for sending proof layout.  Customer supplied graphic disc must be in PC format only.       Files preferred: (.psd), (.ai), (.eps), (.pdf) and (.tif).  We can accept (.jpg), but final quality may be affected.                                        We cannot accept Mac files (subject to $50.00 conversion fee).  Inquire about turnaround time on Graphic Art creation.

Transfer Video Cassette to DVD

Video Conversion-Master conversion charges may be waived depending on quantity of copies ordered.                 Straight transfer from VHS, 8mm, Hi8, and MiniDV to DVD with no editing or menus will be charged $25 per DVD (up to 2 hours).  Straight transfer from other commonly accepted formats to DVD with no editing or menus will be charged $35 per DVD (up to 2 hours).

Custom DVD menus and/or editing will be invoiced at $165.00 per hour. 

PAL Format: Add $25.00 per hour for PAL conversion

Commonly accepted formats:  VHS, SVHS, VHS-C, 8mm, Hi-8mm, Digital 8, Mini-DV, DV-CAM, 3/4" U-Matic, Beta-Max, Beta-Cam, Beta-Cam SP.
