CD Replication / Silkscreen Printing

CD prices include everything needed for completion of job, including glass master and  printing directly onto disc face.  Master should be an approved CD-R gold master.  Click for specs.

Graphics disc should conform to specs noted below.  Click here for graphics templates.  Your material is silk-screened onto disc during manufacturing process.  We recommend all full color jobs utilize a white color flood as a base coat to ensure all colors appear as intended.  All material must conform to our stated code of ethics.  Click here to review.

Description

• Above pricing includes bulk packaging in shrink-wrapped cylinders.  See packaging options below.
• Turnaround: Normal at above stated prices - 7-10 Days.  Day of receipt of master, graphics and deposit is considered Day Zero (0).
• Quick turnaround options: 3-day - add $.06 per disc • 2-day - $500 • 1-day - $800 • same day turnaround - $1,200; inquire to confirm availability.  Day of receipt of master, graphics and deposit is considered Day Zero (0).
• Manufacturing tolerance: Allow up to +/-10% overage or underage per order; final invoice will reflect accurate number of discs delivered.
• Customer supplied inserts, booklets, tray cards and/or film must conform to AV MediaPlace specifications posted on this website.  Please ensure a 10% overage on all customer supplied printed materials.
• Film charge:  $25.00 per color required for film
• Color Key: A proof (CMYK) is required where customer supplies film.
• PMS Colors:  Special custom PMS colors extra.

Normal Packaging
• Standard Jewel box: $.35 each - includes assembly of completed CD, printed insert & tray card and shrink-wrap.
• Slim-line Jewel box: $.38 each - includes assembly of completed CD, printed insert (if any) and shrink-wrap (requires hand assembly).
• Double Jewel box: $.64 each - includes assembly of completed CDs, printed inserts and tray cards (requires hand assembly).
• CD Wallet (customer supplied) $.16 each - includes stuffing CD into wallet and shrink-wrap or adhesive button seal.
• Paper Sleeve: $.14 each - completed CD is stuffed into a paper sleeve with window and flap.
• Tyvek Sleeve: $.28 each - completed CD is stuffed into a tyvek sleeve with window and flap.
