Custom Printing - CD Wallets & Mailers

The upper sample at right utilizes a simple sleeve or wallet to offer attractive and economical protection for your disc.  A custom printed wallet costs far less than a typical jewel box with custom printed insert and tray card.  Wallets are printed on 16 or 18 point SBS stock, then UV coated for protective gloss appearance.

For mailing your discs, you can place a standard wallet into a bubble envelope or, better yet, design your graphics around a mailer.  The lower image at right illustrates a self-adhesive flap that is opened with a built-in tear strip.

• Turnaround: Normal  - 10-14 working days after approval of PDF proof.
• Manufacturing tolerance: Allow up to +/-10% overage or underage per order; final invoice will reflect accurate number of pieces delivered.
• Color Key: A proof (CMYK) is required.
• PMS Colors:  Special custom PMS colors extra.
